Dr Henna and her staff are one of the most supportive vets (and I'll speak for my pets too) in the city. There is a touch of comfort and care with which they handle our pets. Both my cats (the younger one being the feistiest) were handled with great skill and care. I see the staff connecting with the animals to gain their trust before any procedure. I'd strongly recommend Critter Care to any and all pet lovers!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my dog Tara received at Critter Care Veterinarian Clinic. Dr. Henna, Dr. Faye, Dr. Nidhi, Dr. Bhushan and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure Tara's well-being. During our first visit, they swiftly diagnosed her with TVT cancer, providing clarity and a comprehensive plan moving forward. The team at Critter Care supported us every step of the way, ensuring Tara received the treatment she needed to overcome her illness. Their dedication and hard work paid off - Tara is now cancer-free! Even during clinic renovations, they seamlessly arranged alternative care for Tara, showcasing their unwavering commitment. I am forever grateful to the doctors at Critter Care for their compassion and expertise. Kudos to this remarkable team for their outstanding service and saving Tara's life.

The worst experience ever! Lost one of my budgies due to anaesthesia reaction. Despite informing them about it, they went ahead and compulsorily went for x-ray and blood test under sedation! All they had to do was just trim his nails because at home they don’t get those natural ways to trim themselves. They were treating my other budgie for liver issues whereas the real concern was hormonal. They don’t know anything on how to handle cases. Would never go and would never recommend this one to anybody

I am amazed at your response but definitely not shocked at your long post in response to my review. In your explanation you are clearly lacking sympathy towards pets, forget pet parents. Not only this, you crossed the line of dignity by bringing my pet Hazel into the conversation who I lost in Sep 2025. It’s disgusting and appalling to read your comment- that I lost my pet because of lack of care at home. She lived with me for 5 years. In hindsight it appears that you may not have given it your all. In less than a span of 2 weeks I visited your clinic twice. I believed that you had done your best, but now I seriously doubt that as well. I am sure for you it’s just business as usual like you told me bluntly the past Friday, to quote,‘humans die too’ when I asked survival chances of Milo. I was in tears at those words at your clinic. No pet parent would like to visit any clinic that gives such little thought, to experience such pain and lack of sympathy. I can see that it’s clearly difficult for you to take it in any progressive manner. It’s evident to me and to any person who will read this review that : my pet loss is my personal loss and it means nothing to critter care. After this You can write as much as you want but nothing can change my experience and loss. Won’t write further to it.

If you are a Bunny parent, and want your baby to be treated with love and tenderness, the way you do, Dr. Henna is the one you go to. She handles our fur babies, like babies, and not just pets or animals or patients! Both my bunnies were treated by her. The second one, just a few weeks ago, and I must say that I am really really impressed and happy with the way she handled my baby. We travelled all the way from Kalyan to Andheri - Our appointment was scheduled for 10 am, but due to traffic and one wrong direction by google maps, we reached at around 11 am. Almost an hour delay, but Dr. Henna waited for us, and post that checked our baby properly and did the burring of her teeth. Post surgery too, she spoke to us and explained everything properly, and has even been responding to our queries on call. The charges are a bit on the expensive side, but if you love your fur baby and want them to be handled and treated just the way you do, don't think about going anywhere other than Dr. Henna. Her staff was also very sweet and helpful. Thank you Doctor!
