It was my first time at Zanes, and Im so impressed! The grooming was fantastic—my pet Rosy looked amazing—and the staff were warm, patient, and clearly passionate about animals. The complimentary coffee in the reception was a lovely surprise and made the wait so comfortable. Definitely coming back! All groomers management was superb Thanks zane's pet spa love it.....

I wasn't really planning to stay long when I walked into Zane's Cafe , but what an experience it turned out to be! I went there for a cup of coffee and ended up discovering the most heartwarming, pet friendly space ever and then I got a full tour of their grooming setup, and the manager, Nikesh Sir , was so kind — he personally walked me through the entire process, explaining how they ensure comfort and hygiene for every pet. While I was there, I got to watch the grooming in action , Special shoutout to Vikas, the senior groomer, Jeff & Jajo, the helper groomer, who handled the pets with so much care and expertise. You can truly tell they love what they do! What really amazed me was how pet centered the whole experience is , they don’t just think about the pets, but also about the pet parents. While your pet is in grooming, you get a tablet in the cafe downstairs to watch the entire process, and enjoy a free coffee! Not only that, but they also have a pet menu so your pet can have a meal as well! Overall, Zane’s Pet Spa isn’t just a grooming centre ,it’s an experience. From the warm hospitality to the attention to detail and the cheerful staff, everything felt so positive. Highly recommend it to all pet parents who want a comfortable, happy space for their pets (and themselves)! 🐾☕

I'll get the positives out of the way first: after the spa, my dog smells great and her coat is silky. The products they've used are by far the best; my dog has never felt and smelled better. The staff is pretty courteous, and I'm sure they had their work cut out for them. They were super quick with the entire thing too. There is valet parking, and free coffee at the cafe! I think Zane's has a nice set up overall, and they do certain things well. The existing ratings do showcase that, and that's why we went here. However, I feel that there were mismatched expectations when it came to my dog. She is a rescue, and because of that has past trauma. I don't think the caretakers here were very sensitive towards that request, but then again, I do take full ownership of my dog's behaviour. My dog is tough to deal with, especially when left with strangers. I guess I just hoped that the staff would take 5-10 minutes to acclimatise themselves with the dog, understand the temperament, and maybe made their (and my) life easier? If you have a calm/bought/trained dog, please do go here — they're pretty good!

I took my Persian cat to Zane’s Pet Spaa for a haircut and loved the service. The staff was gentle and did a neat job—she looks clean and comfortable. They even have a café with a complimentary coffee while your pet is being groomed.Thanks!!
