My cat Coco stayed at Smiley House Pet Boarding for 7 days. I cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of her and showering her with immense love, as one of their own. I was given regular updates with photos and videos throughout the week without a miss. My cat seemed very happy and comfortable by the end of the stay. Extremely unprofessional and unsafe experience. On the scheduled day, Ankita did not answer my calls and failed to inform me that her place is inside a MHADA building with no car access. When I finally reached, I was shocked to find an elderly bedridden lady lying uncovered in the hall, while Ankita herself was not even present. Instead, she said her mother would “be around.” She had two cats in the bedroom and when my dogs naturally barked, her response was, “I didn’t know your dogs would bark this much.” Despite me clearly stating multiple times that this was my first time dropping my dogs, no trial was suggested. This setup is highly misleading, unsafe for pets, and shows zero professionalism. Would not recommend at all.

Ankita is great and we keep our 2 doggos with her everytime we are going out of town. She gives regular updates, follows dietary and medical requirements to the tee. She also takes the kids on the terrace which they really enjoy. Another plus is the socialization our kids get when other doggos are there as well.
