The flats are awesome having great interiors and decor. Just there is a problem with the societies surrounding.. The Kohinoor society is surrounded by MHADA buildings where the allotments of flats are done for the people of the chawls. So as per the price, people dont find the place that good.. But still its a great place.

It's still in a rather secluded space with few shops and there's a lot of dust due to nearby flyover and highway. Only advantage is being really close to two railway stations and a good mall (Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla). Good for people who work at BKC or in the nearby commercial complexes.

More than 400 apartments each consisting 13 floors and 6 flats in each floor. Well maintained and everything arranged systematically. Safe and secured. Condition of roads is not upto the mark.

Great place to stay with all amenities for a proper home stay. Caretaker Kripal is sensitive to customer needs and made my stay very comfortable. The food served by him had variety and was very tasty. Would very highly recommend this place for business / leisure stay. Place is very well connected with the Airport (about 40 minutes), BKC (25 minutes) and a very plush Phoenix Market City Mall which is 10 minutes walking distance. Deep Bose

Building are modern , well maintained accessiblity is an issue though.
