Narayan has been walking our dog, Layla, for almost a year now, and we couldn't be happier with the care and affection he provides. When we moved to Navi Mumbai from Delhi, Layla was quite sad and out of place. Narayan started walking her, and we quickly noticed a transformation—Layla became much happier and always looked forward to her time with him. We had kept our 1 year old dachshund pup, Maze, here for 10 days when we were out of town. Mr. Narayan and family, especially his two wonderful kids took real good care of our pup. We got correct and timely updates. It was our 1st experience to keep our pet away from us. WoofWoof's love and care ensured we received our pet in same healthy state we entrusted them with. Amazing bunch of boys! Highly recommend. This used to be how their service was once upon a time. Now, their service has really gone to the drains. Owner doesn’t care anymore if his boys are going for the scheduled walks. Boys don’t care to inform the owner about any last minute bail outs. You have to call the owner to know the status and then he will call back and say “sorry ladke phone nahi utha rahe hai!” And then you have to leave everything aside, travel 30-40 kms just to walk your dog because the dog walkers bailed out last minute. Now apparently the service is such that they can walk dogs in the morning but not evenings😏
