This place is a blessing. My German shepherd champ was taken to super pets in an emergency situation. He had developed something called GDV. I was unaware if this situation being a pet parent since more than 17 years now (I have had pets since several years) After taking him to vetic hospital for emergency (which was extremely careless and didn’t even treat it like emergency) post his X-ray on recommendation from some friends I rushed him to super pets. They immediately took charge of the situation. He underwent operation and was discharged in 5 days. We had to take him for regular follow ups and on a follow up in a weeks time, doctors suspected something wrong and again on further tests discovered that his spleen had got affected and damaged along with few further conditions that had developed. He underwent second surgery. He battled for his life for a month in this hospital. He was hospitalised. The care, affection and love he recieved along with the proper medical care is nothing less than a gift for parents seeing their child fight for life and death each day. Inspite of he being aggressive he was pampered and taken care of as if he belongs to them. His entire body had collapsed and post 1 month he finally got discharged. He had lost his ability to walk post all this condition as his hip and spine had got affected. We continued Physio with them. It’s October today. My boy got discharged in June and we are in our way for our regular Physio all hail and hearty, not just walking but running and bullying my other 2 dogs :) No words can thank them enough. His recovery is nothing less than a miracle only because of timely care and attention given to him by the super vets at super pets.

We’ve been coming to Superpets for just under a year with our 3 cats. All the doctors and the rest of the staff have been amazing with my cats. They take the time to explain conditions and illnesses well, unlike other vets I’ve been to.

This is the best vet experience I've had till now. All the staff, including the service staff are very courteous, kind and helpful. All the vets are patient and explain the issues. Thank you to Drs Nikhil, Nishant and Yash. The only problem is that they don't believe in a vegan diet and wanted me to give animal products to my dog, which is against my ethics. The billing needs to be streamlined as I had to wait after the treatment was done for the first few days and follow up with the staff for NEFT payments. All in all, we need such well equipped and round the clock hospitals with such attentive staff iin each and every city, town and village.

A very professional and qualified set of Doctors who streamline diagnosis and start the correct treatment extremely fast without wasting any time. Thankful to Dr. Omkar for his professionalism and patience with all my questions. He started the diagnosis & treatment for my 48 day old Lab puppy when we rushed him in at 12am. Follow-ups were extremely smooth thanks to Dr. Shefali as she was extremely kind and generous with my pet. She knew exactly what needed to be done and the internal communication between the doctors are spot on and on the same page. I really loved the fact that each doctor is on the same page even the one who is not treating my puppy, Dr. Nishant. The set of Doctors help and consult each other well to discuss exactly which treatment will be right for the pet. I used to believe SuperPets is an expensive clinic which will keep doing tests to increase bill but when I visited the clinic I realised, I was so wrong. Everything right from follow-ups, to chat support, to the doctors actually calling/messaging you to check how your pet is doing post the treatment are all just professional and seamless. I would recommend SuperPets 10/10 after my experience.
