I absolutely love Joyce’s pet spa. The salon is so not like your ordinary ones. It has a huge window and you can see your pet getting groomed. Joyce and her team are so nice and patient with pets (& the people). They always do such a great job with my pet. I have never been disappointed with their service and Itz been more than 2 years that I’ve been taking my pet to them. Joyce will take time out and update on any skin infection which has gone unnoticed or any behavioural trait. I would highly recommend Joyce’s pet spa. The best groomer in town!!!!!!!! Fast, efficient, great grooming and excellent customer service!!!! We drive for 30 mints just for my pet to be groomed by Joyce — well worth it !!!!!!

Joyce’s Pet Spa is one of a kind in the city. Joyce is a highly trained professional and an animal lover which makes her the best groomer your pet can have . Her staff are professional and friendly. The grooming care and cuts transform the appearance of your pet. Her cuts really grow out well too! I am a very satisfied customer !
Joyce is the owner of this spa. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. She herself personally took care of my cat and was super caring and loving. She is gentle and also very careful taking into consideration the nature of the individual animal. I know my fur baby is in safe hands when she goes for a spa day at Joyce's pet spa. The spa is very clean and hygienic. They use good quality products for the grooming . They cut my cata nails, cleaned ears and eyes, gave her a bath, gentle cold air blowdry and also speayed a perfume. The finale was a bow tied around her neck. She came home smelling so huggable and soft. The spa has plenty of space and staff to ensure multiple animals being looked after simultaneously. At the time my cat was being groomed there were two other dogs , one being bathed and other getting a blowdry. They have a seperate wait area , which is seperated by a door where another pug was awaiting his turn. The location is convenient for south mumbai however car parking is a challenge, so best to take a driver . Their Prices are competitive to other pet spas in mumbai area.
