Donot never ever take your pets to these people in mahalaxmi he is very irresponsible . your precious and lovable pets will not survive in there hands. Bcz of him my cat suffering major infarction from last 15 days. Very disappointing 😡
I would have given him a star at all If it was possible, this man only runs behind money I am not saying that should provide services for free but atleast a vet should be considered towards animals. He is very expensive I am using this word because I took my cat(Indian breed) to him who had fever. He gave my cat an injection and one syrup and took Rs 850 the surup itself costed only Rs 100 I feel 500 would have been enough or maybe Rs 600 but 850 is too much. I have taken an stray cat to him as well trust me this is not the doctor you want to visit . Also he was not ready to explain how to feed the medicine and wet food to the cat since my cat was not ready to eat.
Took a stray who hasnt been eating for the past 4 days today morning at around 9 am. The doctor Dr. Aishwariya on duty refused to even examine the animal on the pretext that the animal was stressed and aggresive. Despite my request for a blood test she refused to do that too saying she couldnt risk her staff getting scratched by the staff. She further told me that if I see no improvement in the cat I should get him after two days and before getting him, I should give the cat 2 tablets of Gabpentin 100mg within a span of 4 hours and get him. Had the stray cat been a pet, would she have behaved this way.
- 2 star rating - we called took the appointment and went on time. But there is no coordination between the owner and the staff, as we reached there to our surprise the staff was totally unaware about the appointment and we had to wait for 1 hr!! + 3 star rating - We went for the haircut of our cats. Good experience a person with a nice attitude and well spoken. It took almost 1 hr for both the cats. Not sure if they can give a hairstyle as we went for full body trimming. The price charged was 850 per cat and 250 for injection (if the cat is aggressive)
0 stars — unhygienic clinic, negligent care, profit over patient safety I am writing this review to warn other pet parents. This clinic was unhygienic, and my cat was not handled with proper cleanliness, care, or monitoring. Basic hygiene and attention to a sick animal were clearly lacking. After treatment here (injections and saline), my cat’s condition rapidly deteriorated. She developed continuous loose motions, repeated vomiting, extreme weakness, and breathing difficulty — all serious emergency warning signs. Despite these red flags, timely hospital admission and close monitoring were not advised when they should have been. Instead, we were repeatedly sent back and charged for treatments. Proper escalation was delayed. As a pet parent, it felt like financial gain was prioritised over responsible medical care. By the time admission was finally suggested, it was too late. This loss could have been prevented with basic hygiene, honest guidance, and timely decision-making.
