First of all, Dr Joshi has absolutely no sense when it comes to talking. He's full of attitude. He's not even listening to my concerns about my pet bird and is just telling me what he wants to say and even he prescribes me all the wrong medicines It's been over 5 days since I gave the medicine to my birds, I don't see any difference, and when I Googled the medicines, I found out that the doctor gave me medicine for dogs and cats, which are for itching. My bird has a fever, running nose, loose motion. Experiments have been conducted extensively on my bird. When the doctor has no sense of how to talk to the patient, and can't even hear what the patient is saying or understand their suffering, what kind of doctor is this? Totally waste of time, Money and unprofessional doctor. He's only a doctor for dogs and cats, not birds. He experiments on birds. Had an Worst experience with doctor Malhar Joshi.

Worst experience at a veterinary clinic. The doctor seems more focused on making money than on providing proper care. He does not explain the treatment, refuses to share reports physically, and gives no transparency about procedures. Recently, I was charged ₹7,000 without any clear disclosure or breakdown of the charges. Extremely unprofessional behavior with a negative and dismissive attitude. Would not recommend this doctor to any pet parent I would rather suggest Nilimas clinic at malad west who is excellent at understand the need of pet and humble enough to closely help and inderstand parent about problem and its medication.

I took my cockatiel to JOSHI’S VETERINARY on Saturday. Till Saturday, my bird was eating properly and was active. After the medicines prescribed by the clinic were started, my bird completely stopped eating. We started the medicine on Sunday, and by Monday my bird passed away. This has been extremely painful and disappointing. I strongly feel there was a lack of proper care, guidance, and responsibility. My experience makes me feel this clinic is more focused on money rather than the well-being of animals. I would not recommend this clinic to bird owners. Please be very careful before trusting them with your pet.

I'd visited the clinic for my tortoise who was in critical condition after it had it's shell broken. I'm not a doctor, so I don't know what to say about the treatment part, the doctors definitely know better what they're doing. I'm not here to question their experience and qualification. Undoubtedly, the fees are extremely high! And the x-rays, are overly priced. It was sad that even after paying such a high amount as fees the tortoise passed away after a few hours. But a few points... Even after confirming an appointment over the phone call & e-mail, why was I asked to wait? For quite some time the tortoise was left unattended in a critical condition after asking me to wait outside. Shouldn't it be a priority case? Also, on asking us to sign the "consent form" to perform surgery, atleast brief us a little about what will be done? The tortoise had it's shell cracked, I don't know what was the need to fix a food pipe in its throat if we weren't allowed to feed him food that entire day? It could have been done later if really needed. Anyway, it should have been communicated before performing the surgery, that's what consent is, right? It barely survived 2-3 hours after that unwanted experiment. It died with blood dripping from its mouth because of the pipe fixed probably? Or excessive anesthesia? Or taking an entire syringe of blood for testing after it had already lost blood due to the shell cracking? Or the iron injection? I don't know. It was in a critical condition already, maybe it wouldn't have stayed alive for long but maybe if the unnecessary experimental surgery to fix the food pipe in its throat wasn't performed it would have survived for a longer time. Just fixing it's shell would have been good!

I am typing this review after multiple experiences at this clinic over a period of 1 month. I waited for this much time because I understand the importance of having a review which can guide another pet parent especially those like us, who have received this beautiful gift from God very recently. I read multiple reviews on this clinic which made me wonder if I was going at the right place. After going through the experience of having a neutering procedure done for our child, I can state with confidence “Thank God we made the decision of coming to this clinic for our child’s surgical procedure”. Our baby is a Rabbit who came into our lives without our wish or plan. But ever since we have him in our life, we feel committed to ensuring the best care for him. And we feel we got that at Joshi’s clinic. Dr. Malhar Joshi (himself a young man) and his crew of eager and polite youngsters know their job and have the required infrastructure needed to give your pet the right medical care. I understand some reviews speak about a cold response because these guys are not the typical “goody goody” radiating setup. But ask yourself - you want “goody goody” or the most correct, professional, medical care for your dear companion? We would always prioritise the latter and are happy to report, we received the same, for which we are sincerely grateful to Dr Malhar Joshi.
