I took my male cat there for neutering. Overall, I found a place to be hygienic and clean. Good facilities set up with a lot of money spent in doing up the place. Dr Ami is an amiable and loving person. But unfortunately, she does not do any surgeries. It will be the other veterinarians. I found them to be average and generally careless and indifferent to the Animals Welfare. As an example, the wet pumped seven syringes of saline into the cut on the scrotum to clean it !! all the while the cat was wailing in pain. There was no pause or patting or anything. Not a good place to take your pet. Simply facilities and shining decor is not what makes a good clinic.
BEST MOST GENUINE AND KINDEST VET EVER!!!! the entire clinic is wonderful with a mini laboratory for immediate test results. An operating theatre for surgeries. A consulting room for privacy. A spa for grooming. A washroom for pet parents. Shopping for A huge variety of pet products. And a lovely lobby area. Dr. Ami is the reason we go here!!! She is so so so kind and GENTLE with ALL the animals that come to visit her for her love and care ♥️♥️♥️ the pets also LOVE her back equally since they sense her GENUINE loving energy. We have been to many vets in the past and Dr. Ami and her beautiful PETS PARADISE really is ONE IN A MILLION. Any pet is LUCKY & BLESSED to be her patient.
The treatment is good. However one suggestion I saw 1-2 stray cats outside your Tardeo branch who were injured. You collect funds for strays so atleast give them treatment and neuter them and give a happy life ! Even the customers would love at your this deed ❤️

The service here in Pet's Paradise by Dr.Ami Sanghavi was great and the staff was very helpful. I took my 2 stay cats for their vaccination as they were providing complimentary services for stray cats and dogs in the month of February and had a great experience. I highly recommend everyone to come here with your pets.
