Grooming a pup, especially a Doberman, can be tricky, but the team here handles him with so much patience and love. Every time we visit, my puppy comes out looking clean, fresh, and happy – which says a lot about how well they treat him during the process. I really appreciate the professional approach, the attention to detail, and most importantly, the way they treat pets like family. My husband and I recently adopted Yuki, who had never been groomed and had developed significant matting in his lower fur. He was quite scared initially, but the team handled him with exceptional patience, being both thorough and gentle throughout the grooming. They took regular short breaks to help Yuki relax, allowing the process to proceed comfortably. Many thanks to Shiva and Priyanka for their outstanding care. We highly recommend this place for giving your pet some well-deserved pampering.

This place is an absolute pet heaven for pets. The place is clean, well maintained, the staff is professional yet loving with the pet. The pet handling was done professionally and with lots of love. The place not only has a great space for the grooming of the pets but even for the pet companions to sit. The owner is a wonderful lady, very helpful with information on requirements for new pets. A special mention to Dolly who promptly took the appointment, to Shiva for be extremely careful when cutting the nails and grooming my pet. To Priyanka for patiently blow drying my pet till he was all bright and shiny. After my pet was done he looked fresh, handsome and smelt amazing. His fur was smooth and silky and he just loved the experience. I highly recommend this place to pet owners. Since it is by appointment only, i recommend u take an appointment and visit. The best part is that the hygiene in the place is an absolute delight. Thank u so much for such a wonderful experience, u just made a customer out of us for life. The entire end to end experience was a pleasure.
