I had a very disappointing experience with Dogs World recently. Last year in November, for my pet’s birthday, my sister purchased a gift card worth ₹1000 from them. At the time of purchase, their staff clearly informed her that the card would be valid for a year, since there was only one month left in that calendar year. This year, when I visited the store to use the gift card sometime back, I was shocked to be told that it had already expired in December last year, as “mentioned on the card.” Despite explaining what their own staff had assured us, the team flatly refused to honour the voucher. This isn’t about the value of ₹1000 what upset me was the complete disregard for clear communication, flexibility, and customer trust. I have been a regular customer here, easily spending ₹10-15k every month, but this experience showed me how little they value loyal patrons. A simple gesture of understanding could have kept a long-term customer, but instead I was left with a poor impression of their service and attitude. Sadly, I can no longer recommend Dogs World, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Customer trust and service matter far more than a piece of paper and that’s where Dogs World let me down.

We visited yesterday for bath and hair cut of our Schitzu. It was an unprofessional attitude of the groomer. He neglected our request for a particular cut. He totally did a cutting in such a way that he is doing it free of cost. We are getting similar experiences since last 2-3 visits.It is really unexpected from such a well known place.

Store is a good show off but the staff untrained and ill-mannered. I took my pom for haircut for and that guy ame after a smile and did not wash his hands. My pets fur had that bad cigrette smell on her. Next, he seemed to be just a show off dresser where i strongly felt he dint know proper grooming. I had to show and guide him every now and then. In the end, I had to request him to apply condition on her hairs where they have to do it by their own without guidance. I would btr not repeat this shop anymore and go ahead at the corner for the best one as they have their good mannered and well trained staff who knows everything perfectly. My 1st experience itself let me with such a bad note in my mind, as even the finishing on my pet is so bad. Seriously pathetic experience after paying their demanded money.

I had visited Dog's world for grooming and hair-cut for my cat. Cat is a persian male and he had developed lot of knots in hair. Initially, cat cooperated with the girl grooming, while I was also pacifying him. Later her become pretty aggressive. Though, the staff had take care of my cat very well. They made sure all knots are removed and also did a excellent hair cut for her. In the process, some of them also got some nail injury. But they were very compassionate about cat getting right treatment. I was also allowed to be there while grooming was going on. Very appreciative about entire staff. They are very professional at the same time very compassionate about the pet. Thank you so much for taking care of my cat and good treatment.
