Dr Amrutha youve been amazing. Two vets in different clinics couldnt diagnose what you did immediately. My little girl got horrible gastrointestinal issues with heavy bloody diarrhoea. Two vets just kept her on fluid ivs for DAYS with heavy antibiotics, blood clotter injections, pain killer injections, despite me suggesting a dewormer ( though im not even closeto being a vet) they kept saying not to deworm as it would make her diarrhoea worse, and that it was a bacterial infection while my girl kept getting worse. I went to dr Amrutha in a state of absolute panic, crying and embarassing myself to the fullest for solutions. She immediately did one blood test and herself suggested we deworm. No iv fluids no major scans no heavy medications. Candy is now better and running in two days. Thankyou so much for helping and sorry for the breakdown 🤣 - also special note to the doormen theyre the sweetest! Only feedback to the clinic is followups via whatsapp are very difficult for updates, if a jr doc or someone could be assigned for followups it would be helpful, especially considering most pet parents are stressed and worried constantly

Recently my experience at happy tails was really bad. My dogs regular doctor wasn't there and some other doctors attended to him, but this doctor was new I think and not that experienced also.but the worst part was that even when they knew after all the tests they did that my dog had fever and needed the saline etc...while that was being done...they were just rushing with everything because it was their closing time. Finally I had to tell the doctor to not rush that way with my dog and to give it properly time so the the treatment mentioned( saline etc) could be given properly...but they rushed...I took my dog back home and within a couple of hours his stomach started to bloat and he died. It was shocking for us .......but yes I can surely say that my dog wasn't even handled properly....the treatment was rushed and the doctor was not competent at all....even the iv line kept coming off and the medicine kept dropping out and the helper boys were bringing it to that doctors notice ...it was strange ...I hope no dog passes away this way ever...
