The young lady doctor doesn't know a thing it feels. I took my cats for a routine check up and my other cat had some stomach problems. She gave one of my cats deworming medicine but he was not eating. So the doctor and the other two assistant tried to feed him. I mean this is one cat and three trained people not able to give him a tiny medicine. When they failed at it, she took a forcep and tried to put the medicine in his mouth and grazised his gums and they started bleeding. Now when I asked that he got hurt, she was like it's normal, it will get better. On top of it, every time I go she pushes us to neutered our cats who are already neutered. Like a doctor not knowing that is really surprising. And our other cat has been really acting strange and very low. He is not eating after the medicine given by them. We are taking him to another doctor tomorrow. I just want to say that if the treat animals who can't speak and they should be the advocate for that, they shouldn't call themselves doctor. Update - My beautiful baby passed away last night because his lungs collapsed. The anti biotics the doctor gave without any explanation about over dose or anything. If you want to keep your pets safe never go here. Especially keep away from the lady doctor.
I lost my beloved cat, Brave, within just three days of starting the prescribed medicines, including the antibiotic Zedox, which is known to be very harsh on the liver. I sincerely urge others to think twice before visiting this hospital—you may unknowingly put your pet’s life at risk. A doctor is meant to be a healer, almost next to God, yet I wonder where such doctors even get their degrees from. I request that strict action be taken against this doctor, including reviewing or canceling her license, so that no other pet or family has to suffer such pain.
Doctors are very professional & helpful. My dog Scooby-Doo is 12 years of age and hates vet visits but the helper boys are always very patient with him. Medicines are always working and Dr. Darjee is also a good surgeon.
We rescued our cat, Kiki, on January 29th 2025. A couple of weeks in, we suspected she might be pregnant and took her to Dr. Premal Darji. He strongly advised immediate spaying, assuring us it was completely safe and routine. Trusting his judgment, we went ahead with the surgery. Soon after, Kiki began vomiting excessively — far more than what he described as “normal.” She stopped eating, peeing, or pooping. We visited his clinic daily post-op, but Dr. Darji had no clear answers. At one point, he even said he hadn’t “seen a case like this before,” but never recommended a specialist or second opinion. Eventually, when we visited another vet, bloodwork revealed that Kiki’s creatinine was dangerously high (15) — a clear sign of acute kidney failure. We went back to Dr. Darji for an ultrasound, but again he insisted that “everything looked fine,” and failed to identify the actual issue. Even then, he didn’t show any urgency or transparency in managing the situation. Desperate for help, we rushed her to Top Dog Clinic in Andheri, where they quickly diagnosed that urine was leaking into her abdomen, most likely due to trauma caused during the original spay surgery. They couldn’t keep her overnight, so we stabilized her at Blue 7 Vets in Borivali, and the next day, Top Dog performed a critical, life-saving surgery. Kiki thankfully made it through, and while she still has one more surgery to go, she’s finally recovering. What’s most upsetting is that none of this had to happen. Dr. Darji never took accountability or gave us the information we needed to act sooner. His lack of proper communication and judgment not only endangered Kiki’s life but also left us emotionally drained and over ₹2 lakhs deep in treatment costs that could have been avoided. This isn’t to spread hate, but to create awareness. If you feel unsure or uncomfortable with your vet’s advice, please don’t hesitate to seek a second opinion. Your pet’s life and your peace of mind are worth it.
My dog, Luffy, had a severe nosebleed that was difficult to control. The doctors and staff were incredibly kind and gentle throughout the ordeal. They calmed him down, provided the right medication, and offered constant support. Even after we left the clinic, they followed up with calls to share information and check on his progress. I truly appreciate their care and dedication—my overall experience was excellent. Thank you to the entire team.
