I am editing this review to give you an accurate picture. This couple will force you to submit a good google review and only then let you take the pet home. They will also force you to record a YouTube video for them to post where they make you say good things. In all honesty, this is one place full of cruelty. Please adopt a pet and don’t support this dealer. The birth certificate they give you is also a hoax, something they print with their logo. You don’t actually know if the dog is pedigree and any other details about lineage etc.

Edit 2 - the response from pet destination to my feedback clearly shows desperate justification to genuine complaints. Seriously would advise against dealing with them, really unprofessional people they are. Edit - I’m editing my review after a week of getting our pup from Pet Destination since I’ve had time to think about the entire experience with them. At first let me state that our puppy is very healthy and fine and we are more than happy to have him. My reason for reducing the rating is mostly due to the up selling they did to us. Pet destination sold us more than 30k worth of products for grooming, accessories etc when we went to get our puppy. After seeing what all we are being sold we reduced some items that did not feel essential and the bill for supporting stuff came down to 20k. Each of the stuff sold to us (brush, toys, blankets, crate) was sold at more than 3 times the price at which these products are available else where including Amazon. We were sold chicken gravy for 2500, the mrp for this is 1800. Moreover the gravy is actually cat food and not dog food. This was a sealed box and we could find the mrp only upon opening it later on. They do not have mobile network inside their shop so it is impossible to check and compare prices. The documents they shared as instructions are copied from the internet and is not their original research as they wrongfully claim. I’d suggest to definitely get your pet from them but nothing else at all. Overall I am not pleased with the way they conducted their business.

I recently visited the Pet Destination and it is the ideal place to buy a pet. The facility is hygenic and clean. Good care is taken of the animals there. The owners are very genuine and friendly. The quality of breed is very good. The right guidance and advise is provided by them.
