It was our puppy, Winnie’s, first grooming session. Jhanavi and her team at Pampered Paws were very friendly and gentle. The products used were great quality and very clean. We had a fantastic experience without a whimper or whine!

It was really a great experience learning with Janhavi ma'am and her team (Vinayak, Sameer, Shubham) at the Pampered Paws. I had started with the foundation course in dog grooming and then upgraded to the Basic Grooming Course to learn further. With almost 8-10 dogs incoming on a daily basis, the experience of learning was 100% partical and experiential. By the end of the course, I feel a few things have now become muscle memory like holding the dryer and brush with one hand, the method used to pick and use the scissors, etc. The best part is, that my mistakes were always forgiven and politely corrected, which ultimately helped me to get confident in aspects of grooming or maintainece I used to step back as a pet parent/dog trainer. Also, when I apply what I learnt on my dog, I see a surreal difference in her coat and the time-n-effort that used to go in to bathe-n-dry.

Janhavi communicates really well, takes wonderful care of your dog and is also lovely to chat with. Thanks for making Peachy look absolutely dapper. Enjoyed meeting other members of the staff as well. It's a 5/5 from me. 🐾
