Amazing clinic for exotic parrots & other vets. My pet has always been treated well and the follow up too is great.

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this clinic. I booked a paid tele-consultation twice (₹950 first time and ₹850 second time). Both times the timing was delayed, but the last experience was extremely unprofessional. I had a confirmed appointment after 7 PM on 29th October. I waited till 10 PM — no call, no update, and no response despite multiple attempts to contact the clinic. Next morning, I was suddenly told the doctor had travelled to Kolkata. This was never communicated in advance — even though my pet is critically ill and we got a CT scan done only on the doctor’s advice and emailed the report immediately. Still, no consultation happened. To make things worse, the staff behaved rudely, cut the call, refused to refund, and even said “jo karna hai kar lo.” This level of negligence and disrespect is unacceptable, especially in the medical profession where compassion, responsibility, and timely support are essential. I trusted this clinic based on recommendation from a senior vet, expecting professionalism and care for animals. Unfortunately, the experience was the opposite. If you truly care about your pet’s safety and wellbeing, stay away from this clinic. Delays, no response, and rude behaviour can cost precious time in critical cases. I sincerely hope the clinic improves its ethics, communication, and responsibility toward pet parents who approach them in distress.

Let’s meet here Dr. Rina Dev, an extra over confident, rude, avoiding your queries, totally money minded. We had some good experience with her in the past to treat my cocktail bird so went again last month in her clinic when my bird met with a major accident. we are much confident on her and she know us so we decided to get the treatment with her only without wasting our time in Pune. But, this time me and my wife experience were extremely bad. She has not answered our queries and rude during the time of discussion; she has taken 31000/- to treat my cocktail bird. We decided at least get the treatment no matter what she charged and with her rude behaviour. After the admission of our bird to clinic, after a first day of admission, they were not willing to provide any proper update. And after two/three days staff member called when my beloved bird collapsed/died and not a single word from the doctor. Number of times I tried to reach out to the doctor when I got this news from my wife. but her response you can see on image. I am not suggesting don't visit her clinic, you can, but my strong suggestion in a critical situation of your pet, you can avoid and in case no option you must have to raise your concerns while treatment, get your clarity and don't admit your pet in critical illness situation because doctor and staff clinic response would be extremely bad.

Very happy to be here. My turtle was in a very bad condition as her entire abdomen was filled with folicals, and she had completely stopped eating. Got her surgery done.Thanks to dr. Rina Dev and dr. Faye joseph now she is recovering slowly and steadily.

Edited to add a photo of the clinics reply on my review. The clinic owner has publicly named my business and made allegations of fake reviews and misuse of influence, amounting to defamation. These claims are incorrect and unrelated to the care my pet received. My review reflects my personal experience and is supported by medical records. I am writing this review as an informed and responsible bird parent, sharing my personal experience in good faith. My macaw was treated at this clinic over multiple visits for an injury. During the course of treatment, I observed a steady and concerning deterioration in his condition despite regular follow-ups. I repeatedly raised concerns about pain, bandaging, and worsening symptoms, but felt these concerns were not adequately acknowledged or addressed at the time. Over several visits, I also noticed that day-to-day treatment and follow-ups were frequently handled by junior staff or interns, while the senior veterinarian whose expertise the clinic is widely known for was not consistently present. As the guardian of an exotic bird requiring specialised care, this raised serious concerns for me regarding continuity, supervision, and decision-making during treatment. Eventually, due to the worsening condition and my growing distress, I sought care elsewhere. I was then informed that significant and irreversible damage had already occurred, leading to permanent consequences for my bird. This outcome was devastating. What compounded this experience was the lack of clear communication and accountability afterward. My attempts to seek explanations and understand how the situation had progressed were not met with transparency or clarity. I want to be clear that this review reflects my personal experience and perceptions only, and is not a statement of legal findings. The matter is currently under review by the appropriate statutory authorities. I am sharing this so other pet parents—especially those with exotic or avian companions—can remain vigilant, ask detailed questions about who is providing care, seek clarity on treatment decisions, and consider second opinions when they feel uncertain.
