I'm writing this review as a warning to others after my family's appalling experience at Pets Everyday. Not sure if he was the owner or salesperson. The salesperson behind the counter was incredibly rude to my dad, displaying a shocking lack of customer service skills. The salesperson's or owner's attitude was dismissive, condescending, and unhelpful. When my dad asked simple questions, he was met with eye-rolling, sarcasm, and a palpable sense of annoyance. It was like they were doing us a favour by acknowledging our presence. Pets Everyday clearly don't value its customers or prioritize their experience. The salesperson's or owner's behaviour was a stark reflection of the store's poor management and training. Unless you enjoy being disrespected and belittled, stay far away from Pets Everyday. There are plenty of other pet shops that actually care about their customers. Google doesn't allow us to give 0 stars. Otherwise, I would have given that.
