We had an amazing experience with Natasha’ pet day care service at Paws and Play! Our dog Jack stayed with her while we were away, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place for him. It was clear she didn’t just care for him—she truly connected with him, and that made all the difference. We received regular updates, and it was so comforting to see Jack happy, relaxed, and enjoying his time there. We had a wonderful experience with Paws ‘n Play! Our Pet, Oreo was treated with a lot of love and care.. Regular walks to managing his food to making him feel comfortable with all the kids in the society.. We were relieved of any worries.. I cannot thank Paws n Play enough for the love, care, and safety they have given my 4-month-old puppy, Coco. I was extremely reluctant to put him in any daycare or boarding facility as I was always worried about his safety. Coco is an indie puppy—very mischievous, doesn’t listen much, and absolutely hates being on a leash. Because of this, I had even stopped going out anywhere since I couldn’t leave him alone and couldn’t find a daycare I could truly trust. All my worries disappeared after meeting Natasha at Paws n Play. She handled Coco with so much patience, understanding, and genuine care. We truly appreciate how observant she was in noticing some odd behaviour in Coco that we hadn’t noticed ourselves—she clearly has great knowledge and understanding of dogs. To my surprise, Coco is happy, calm, well-behaved, and clearly feels safe there. He gets plenty of walk and play time, and the attention and care he receives are truly amazing. Coco absolutely loves being there—Paws n Play has become his second home. Seeing him so comfortable and happy gives me complete peace of mind. I highly recommend Paws n Play to any pet parent who feels anxious or hesitant like I once did. You can trust them completely with your fur baby 💛🐶
