5/5 Stars I recently boarded my kitten, Toffee, here for 5 days while I traveled to Goa. This was his first time away from home, and I was quite anxious about how he would cope, especially since he’s not used to other cats like my dog, Kandy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The place was spotlessly clean, and Toffee had his own complete room, which made me feel so much better. Gayatri, the owner, herself has a couple of dogs and a cat, so she is very sensitive to the needs of my cute fur baby. She sent regular photos and videos, so I could see he was happy and well cared for. When I picked him up, he was right back to his usual routine, which tells me he had a great time. I highly recommend this home boarding to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and comfortable place for their pets. Thank you, Gayatri, for taking such good care of Toffee—I’ll definitely be back!

We recently boarded our 7-month-old Shih Tzu puppy, Sugar, at BFF Pet Store, and we’re very thankful for the care he received. This was his first time away from us for almost 15 days, so we were quite anxious, especially since he hadn’t stayed with other dogs before. What really stood out was that they board many toy breeds and young pups, making the environment feel safe and suitable. The place was clean, well maintained, and not at all commercial, with both open play areas and comfortable indoor spaces. Gayatri, the owner, was another big reason we chose this boarding. She is incredibly kind and clearly understands pets, having dogs and cats of her own. She regularly shared photos and videos, kept us updated on Sugar’s meals, and even provided homemade food while accommodating special dietary requests. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of Sugar. I would definitely recommend this boarding place to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and thoughtful environment for their pet.

I just wanted to share my absolute delight with BFF Pet Spa! My 11-year-old furry friend has always been a bit of a challenge during bath time, but this amazing team makes it a breeze. Gayatri and her staff are so gentle, caring, and professional - it's clear they truly love what they do. My dog might not show it yet! But I think he's secretly like’s it.
