We visited Crown Vet for our dog’s face itching problem. Unfortunately, the consultation was very disappointing. Despite clearly mentioning our concern, the doctor did not even examine the face and instead focused only on some lumps on the body and inflamed limbs and other areas. She didn't check her face, not even for a second. And then without proper discussion or explanation, we were given a long list of tests worth ₹10,000 through the clinic manager — not by the doctor herself. As a doctor myself, I understand the importance of investigations, but at the same time immediate relief of acute symptoms is also important which was not considered at all. I believe a basic line of treatment could have been suggested first. We expected compassion, clear communication, and at least some symptomatic care for the issue we came with. Sadly, the whole experience felt impersonal and more like a push for tests rather than genuine medical guidance. And hence we also left abruptly. I would suggest any new patient to think twice before going there.
