The shop offers a wide variety of products for dogs, and the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. However, the prices are on the higher side. For instance, a simple pair of socks costs over 3000 rupees, and even basic items like clothes or chew toys are similarly priced. While the quality may be good, the cost is a bit steep.

“Your service is extremely poor. If you are not going to do the pets’ spa, then why do you book appointments? I am really very disappointed with you. Even the manager here doesn’t know how to talk properly. We come from so far away for our pet’s spa, and you just send us back. I will never come here...ur so bad shame on u guys.....

I have been a regular customer of Just Dog, but recently I am very disappointed with the service. The delivery partner is always humble, polite, and delivers directly to my address on time — I really respect his professionalism. However, the person who takes orders over the phone is extremely unprofessional. This is not the first time he has delayed my order — it has happened multiple times. Recently, my sister placed an order for food packets (worth around ₹4000+) along with three packets of litter. The order taker assured us it would be sent with the delivery partner, but it was again delayed without any proper communication. As a brand, Just Dog should ensure professional staff who value customers’ time and treat them with respect. With a big name, I expect better CRM, punctuality, and trained employees. Kindly take strict action against the person handling calls, because his behaviour is affecting your brand reputation. Note if this happen again, I will going to start give negative reviews to all of my friend who were ordering to just dogs other stores

I have been a regular customer at just dogs for almost 3 years now and yet off late I have been experiencing so much delay in my appointments especially today, I had an appointment at 1.30 and it got delayed for an hour and thirty minutes and my dog, Casper was taken in at 3 pm, the management doesn't realize that us owners also have work to do and any delay of 15-20 minutes can be understandable but so much is not acceptable it's a waste of our time and as a company they aren't doing anything to manage the appointments and delay. Necessary measures need to be taken to resolve this issue or else if this continues then I personally wouldn't recommend anyone who wishes to get their dog groomed to come visit here and check for other better places with value for customer service and time.

We were looking for here all-inclusive pet shop that could deliver us products of our choice with a proper hands on. We were looking for jackets for a pet dog and although they were a lot of options online, we wished to physically examine the size and the quality and then go for the purchase. The employees and Just Dogs were very helpful in choosing us the correct product and also showed us the sizes and assisted us in choosing the correct jacket as well. Along with that, the varieties of food that were available for the pets are also very good. They also gave samples of pet food for us to try for our pets. Since you made the purchase on Christmas, we were also given a special discount. Along with that, there were more than helpful for providing us the means to get the items delivered in the cities where they were not present. One of the things that I liked about this particular store was that there was a laser engraved tag for the pets, in which the price was inclusive of the laser etching. Moreover, the arrangement of products in the shop was also very good, neat, tidy and organised. Just Dogs Juhu is a one stop destination for parents who wish to purchase the best of products for their furry friends. I would highly recommend them to you.
