I have an ongoing treatment for 2 of my cats with Wild Vets - there is no doubt that there is quite of a lot of immoral practice. 21/06/25 - Took my cat “Honey” with a complain of blood in his urine. Drs prescribed a stool, urine, radiograph, and blood test; we agreed and did the radiograph and blood test right there. Radiograph received on 21st itself, have attached it here - look at the reports and tell me where is the diagnosis written; their drs insist we can’t read, someone please highlight it to me. Blood reports were a nightmare to get - first admin staff keeps insisting that they’ve sent it over email. I’m receiving other emails from them, they also have the correct email so I guessed it’s some tech issue and requested if she can whatsapp instead. Now the sheer arrogance of this woman. Downright refusing to do so; Wildvets never gives a hard copy Of their reports, and this person is refusing to share it over whatsapp, how am I supposed to see the results? After much arguing she finally agreed to share over whatsapp - what she shares is a stool report from 2024; keep in mind I sent a blood sample in 2025. Explaining her this was another mountain to climb. 23rd - I took my cats Honey and Cream for a sono as Cream also started to show some issues. They did their sono at the clinic itself, in the morning. As of now - 24th June evening - I’m yet to see these reports, keep in mind most places (human or animal) produce these in less than an hour. On 23rd I was told these reports will come by the evening, now I’m being told it will take 3 DAYS???? To top this, their drs injected both my cats with medicines their team REFUSED to write down. After we asked the receptionist why so, she exclaimed that all this is in their system. Basically to trap you from going to other vets. Till date I have not recvd a written prescription of what was administered to them. Imagine doing to a hospital and them injecting you with whatever and then refusing to disclose? Where is the transparency? Does this not smell of malpractice? Their drs, despite so many days have been unable to give a clear explanation. Upon seeing the cat’s sono at the clinic they claimed “one was worse than the other”, I’m sorry these educated professionals are calling “worse than the other” a diagnosis? Till date not one of them has explained what results came out of the urinary or stool test. Their drs are always in a rush for “lunch” or “meeting”, I understand prior commitments, but it takes 5 mins to get on a call and explain. I have been requesting their admin staff to Connect me with dr Amrita but everytime I call it’s a new one excuse. There is a common complaint about rude admin staff in their reviews but it seems like the proprietors of the establishment encourage that behavior. I have so far spent upwards of 25k at their clinic and yet have 0 clear diagnosis, no physical reports (how am I supposed to Show radiograph and sono to other drs? On a mobile screen? Or print on a paper? What does wild vets charge a premium for if a report cannot be printed and given? How poor is this place?), god only knows how long will the sono take. I am speaking with 2 other external vets, both of them appalled at Wild Vet’s behavior. Keep in mind I’m not even paying these drs and they have managed to chart a treatment plan, something wild vets is still unable to do. All we do here is x number of tests to crank up the bill, with drs giving 0 explanations, admin staff disrespecting you at every chance they get, and a potential malpractice of injecting animals with substances that can make their situation worse. They won’t let you take a simple file to store prescription without paying for it, but they will ensure to milk you dry out of money until your wallet dies or your pet. I’m sure Wild vets will have a long defensive answer to give, I’m keen on knowing what justifies rude behavior, a lack of communication with the founding vet, and refusal to write down administered medication.

Lack of transparency, lack of communication between the doctors and opacity in everything they do. They say email has been sent and when we say it hasn’t even though we receive other emails then only a WhatsApp message comes. I could go on about the horrible experience and advise you to steer clear of them. But even if you do go let them know there is a common thread in the reviews of lack of transparency miscommunication and rudeness so they know they cannot take you for granted.

I took my dog, Coco, to Wild Vets for a rabies titre test as part of the requirements for traveling to Dubai. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with their service and communication. Firstly, I was not informed that the sample could be sent to a lab in Bangalore, which is recognized by the UAE government. Instead, they chose to send it to a lab in London that charges £70 (as per the lab's website). However, I was charged ₹24,800 by Wild Vets, which is a significant markup with no clear explanation provided. The sample was taken on August 9th, and I was told that I would receive the results within 3 to 4 weeks. As the three-week mark passed, I began following up and learned from the London lab that the results had already been sent to Wild Vets. Despite this, I did not receive the results promptly. When I contacted Dr. Amrita for clarity, I was shocked by how rudely I was spoken to, especially considering the amount I had paid for the service. Due to these delays and lack of proper communication, I was forced to postpone my travel plans. I finally received the test results after five weeks — far beyond the promised timeline. This entire experience has left me disappointed and frustrated. I no longer feel confident in the professionalism or reliability of the doctors at Wild Vets.

One of the worst place,I have ever been to.The worst experience I have ever had A money making racket, least bothered about ur Pet. They only want to talk about money. I was there on the 30th of November'25. Over the weekend, they charge you double. In an emergency they charge you double after 4pm,also. I was there only for a follow on treatment. My appointment was at 6.30pm, after much talking, n explaining to a Dr Aditya, the Dr present on duty.My pet's treatment was only started at 9pm.After much back n forth with my original Vet Dr Chousalkar and me. Dr Amrita (the owner) was very stern and rude on the phone. No empathy or compassion, to the extent where she told me to go to another Vet clinic. I was shocked n cried. They charge you, for hospitalization, whether your pet is hospitalized or not - ie Rs10, 000/- I had no choice, since it was getting late in the night to treat my Pet there. Finally the treatment given by Dr Siddharth, who had come at 8.30 pm on duty. The treatment got over at 12.30 am, as it was to take 3 HRS.He did take care and was polite. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY OF YOUR PETS THERE. 🙏🙏🙏🙏 The boarding n lodging is also pathetic, small cages for dogs and cats, all clustered in a small place. IT'S A PATHETIC PLACE. 😢😢😢

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute lifesavers – Wild Vets Bandra gave my cat Mao Singh a second chance at life! I can’t thank the team at Wild Vets in Bandra enough** A few weeks ago, my beloved feline Mao Singh (my ginger-white drama queen) suddenly became critically ill – lethargic, not eating, and hiding all day. I rushed her to Wild Vets and from the moment we walked in, I knew she was in the best hands. Dr. Nidhi immediately took charge — calm, thorough, and incredibly compassionate. They didn’t waste a second: full in-house blood work, urine analysis, stroke checks (I think they meant biochemistry/profile), and ultrasound (USG) were all done under one roof on the spot. No running around to different labs, no waiting days for results – everything was diagnosed and treated the same day. That comprehensive in-house facility literally saved precious time and, I genuinely believe, saved Mao Singh’s life. Within hours they had her on IV fluids, targeted medication, and close monitoring. The entire staff was outstanding — special shoutout to Bhaskar and the rest of the assistants who handled my stressed-out cat with so much gentleness and care, keeping me updated every step of the way, even after hours. The clinic is spotless, well-equipped (dedicated cat consult room, ultrasound room, pharmacy stocked with premium medicines), and clearly designed with pets’ comfort in mind — separate dog den and cat corner to reduce stress. Yes, Wild Vets is not the cheapest vet in town, but when it’s your family member on the line, quality comes at a price — and it’s worth every single rupee. I’d rather pay for expertise, speed, and state-of-the-art facilities than take risks elsewhere. Today Mao Singh is back home, eating like a champ, zooming around, and giving me her signature judgmental stares ❤️ Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Dr. Nidhi, Dr. Deb, Bhaskar, and the entire Wild Vets family. You didn’t just treat my cat — you gave her (and me) hope and a future. Forever grateful. If you love your pet, this is the only place in Bandra (and probably Mumbai) I’d trust blindly. Highly recommended — 5 stars aren’t enough! 🐱💙
