I am a cat parent and I was looking for a place with good infrastructure and management. A friend suggested Petsburgh and I went to check it out. Found it very impressive and trustworthy. We first did a trial day and I left my Phoenix there for a night. They gave me 2-3 videos a day which could be meal time or play time videos. This assured me that for the week when I was gonna be out of town, this can now be Phoenix’s temp home. And I was glad that the experience for me as a cat parent, was indeed satisfactory. We will be depending on Petsburgh in future as well.

Coco had his first grooming session today and he literally looks like a cute teddy bear. I am in love with the after looks of coco, Petsburgh has added to coco’s cuteness! Definitely my go to place for grooming now and i highly recommend everyone to try this place out. Also the staff is so friendly and helpful. ❤️❤️

I called them regarding the pet boarding facilities for just one day and the lady on call was extremely rude, first she informed me of the availability ..post that The moment she got to know i had an indie rescued dog, she told me that they have no space, i told her if she had a separate kennel and she can keep my dog there. I will provide all that is needed... she cut the call on me and didn't pick up thereafter.. knowing that most of the people have Indies as pets this attitude is pathetic.I am really glad i didn't send me beloved dog here .God knows what harm they would have done to my dog with this downright pathetic attitude.
