As a groomer myself, I was truly impressed by Cuddle Grooms! I brought my dog Hana in for a full grooming session and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience—not just as a pet parent, but also as someone who works in the industry. From the get-go, I could see how confident and calm the team was with handling. They approached her with such gentle control and patient reassurance that Hana settled in. The head groomer (Dhruv) understands canine behavior and body language, and paced the session around what Hana was comfortable with—something I deeply value. The grooming itself was clean, even, and thoughtfully done. Her coat was brushed out thoroughly before the bath, and they used products that left her fur soft without any residue. Her paw areas were neatly trimmed, ears properly cleaned, and even the nail work was smooth and well-executed—no rough edges. The finishing touches (including a cute bow!) made her look and feel like a show dog. It’s rare to find a team that combines technical skill with such heartfelt care.
