No even one star, worst service, the guy in shop is soo rude, not even interested to sell their products, if asked for any other product no response from him, he does as though we are asking favour from him, never ever going to purchase from here and I don't recommend others also. Dear Pet hut really poor service, not expecting this kind of service, please take action on him.
A shop where you can find almost all pet related products, various brands of pet foods, accessories, vet medicines etc all essentials for your pets. Also should appreciate their courteous and welcoming service. Very nice staff. They used to give good discounts also. If any product you could not get from there, they will order and get it for you.
I bought a bed for my dog to sleep on but the shop owner was very rude and did not give me a proper bag for the item I bought It got verry wet evn in the rain I was verry un happy with this place I never go again I never recommend this place for anyone Who is taking bill that man is verry rude should not keep such a person who deserves
Worst customer service. Arrogant owner who do not care about customers Also check the products you buy. I had purchased a royal Canin dry food packet which was had a tiny hole when asked for another pack the staff is showing tht the expiry is still valid🤦♀️ then I had to tell her the freshness of the dry food is almost gone as air has entered. Also had purchased a dog comb of which clip was not working. though purchased Rs.2200 product & also had taken items more than Rs5000 they hesitate to give cover.
