I wouldn’t recommend them as I needed an emergency rescue of an animal and they denied to do it saying they are busy and their staffs are busy in surgery and inspite of me telling them to rescue it since it’s an emergency and the reply was we need to get it to the ACT and when I told them due to work schedule it’s not possible to do so a lady who manages it told same here even we are busy !! Is it like all are busy in surgery or everyone is allowed to go into a surgery room ?!! This was rude and they lack empathy is what I felt !! I wouldn’t recommend them !!
Please read before adopting from Vatsalya We adopted two puppies from here, and honestly, the experience has been really painful. The staff never told us about the basic vaccines puppies need. Because of that, one of our little ones got distemper and is now barely holding on. All of this could have been avoided if they had simply guided us. A shelter shouldn’t just hand over animals without explaining how to keep them safe. If you do adopt from here, make sure you research everything yourself. I don’t want anyone else to go through what we are right n 5 star for their other work
Adopting my puppies has been one of the happiest moments of my life, and I owe a big thanks to the pet care team for making it so special. From the very first step they showed genuine love and patience not just for the little ones, but for me as well. They guided me like family making sure I was fully prepared to welcome them home. The way they handled the puppies with such affection truly touched my heart. It’s rare to find people who treat animals not just as pets but as part of their own family. I’m deeply grateful for their kindness dedication and the positive energy they spread Highly recommended to anyone who wants to adopt pets for there home
They rescued a very injured and sick cat near my apartment and took good care of him. He got the medical attention he needed and is doing much better. They are trying their best to help sick and injured stray animals with whatever resources they have. Doing god’s work. The staff is friendly and cares about the animals. Please do help and donate whatever you can, every little donation helps. They accept cash donations as well as food for the animals. 🙏🏻
Great and quick service as on 16/11/2025 8:30 pm the team with a van and 2 men -Rescued a stray dog or someone else’s dog not sure which or whose dog was it . Poor doggy ,was in pain and suffering for almost a day and a half in the backyard of my house . It was at the same spot and was almost about to pass out . The team took action that too on a Sunday and at night . 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. God bless u 100 folds ♥️. I’m happy the dogs life got saved and that i was able to save it’s life . Thanks once again 🙏
