I am writing this review with a heavy heart to share our devastating experience with groomers of this salon.We entrusted them with the care of our beloved cat Oreo expecting safety and professionalism.Instead due to their negligence led to a heartbreaking death of our cat. He was such a healthy and active cat . Pets are family and it's unacceptable for any groomers to operate with such carelessness.No family should have to endure the pain and loss we experienced because of their negligence .
I went to Scoopy Scrub Pet Salon for grooming. I had a bad experience. The service was not good, and the staff did not pay attention. they took my daily groomed cocker spaniel and trimmed it off completely i have attached the pictures do look into it.I felt disappointed and unhappy with the service. and yeah mistakes do happen but the owner was arrogant enough to deny it and not even apologise.I will think twice before going back to this salon again. the pictures do speak
The service was good. The receptionist was polite, understood our needs. There were two peg groomers, one was very calm n good and the other was a bit arrogant. However they did the job. The whole process of grooming took about just an hour which was in one way okay.. but for our pup especially was stressful especially when they initially combed him to remove the tags. The rates are similar to all other groomers, here it was 1900 for bath, hair trim of body and under paws, nails (some charge 1800-2800 for the same).. the work could have been better if they spent some more time.. The place is good especially coz they have many dogs in-house to keep you entertained. The K9 resto cafe was a bummer, it wasn't worth it.. overall it was okay.. can't justify the money spent, but you have very few options in Mangalore. Once in a while, it's fine.. they also have other services like massage etc for the pets which I think Is good. Hair coloring is something that's on the menu but isn't provided, they've told they'll be doing it soon as there's demand.
I’ve been taking my dog here since more than a year and they have always ensured to provide the best service possible. They have even provided me suggestions on how to comb my dog, what to feed and what products to use which has been extremely helpful. Overall I definitely recommend this place.
