Ms. Shilpa at Pet Shack provided exceptional care for our elderly cat, ensuring both the pet and owner felt at ease. Despite being the cat's first time away from home, Shilpa's attention and dedication were outstanding. I highly recommend Pet Shack as a trustworthy and reliable option for pet care.

We left our 4 month kitten for 3 days. I was worried if he would be comfortable..but i noticed he was very happy staying there and he did not meow when we came to pick him back. Shilpa is very sweet and she responds on time. She even cleaned his ears and kept him clean. His medicines and supplements were also fed on time. I definitely recommend this place.

Where do I even begin? Mangalore Petshack is the closest thing a pet can have to its home, and in most cases, it is even better. I was in Mglore for a while and came across an indie puppy on the street during the rainy season. He was a terrified, timid puppy who didn't want to meet new people or adjust to a new environment. I was concerned that if I dropped him off at the boarding facility, he would develop anxiety or behavioural issues. Then I found Mangalore petshack on Instagram, I wanted to check it out once before dropping him off. So I met with Shilpa to understand what they would feed the puppy and where would the puppy stay, junior (the puppy) instantly felt comfortable enough to let his guard down and was not at all on alert or anxious or scared. After that day the rest is history. I have left junior for boarding for 2-3 days every other month, not once has he been sad while I was leaving. He has legit grown up there, he got accustomed to a lot of situations being there like being around dogs, extremely okay with strangers etc. Every time I used to go there, I would get to meet the other dogs who were there for boarding itself, So happy and carefree. Both Shilpa and prajwal are wonderful people and treat each puppy, dog, cat as their own. This individual attention to every dog is what makes the place special.

Excellent Experience at Mangalore pet shack , My partner and I recently went on an 11-day trip and entrusted the care of our beloved cat Snoovy to Mangalore pet shack Boarding . We are thrilled to have found such a wonderful dog boarding facility! From the booking process to the actual stay, Shilpa provided us with incredibly attentive service. She first took the time to thoroughly understand Snoovy's habits and needs, and created a customized care plan. Throughout our trip, she sent us daily photos and videos of Stinky, allowing us to constantly stay updated on our Dog's well-being. The media she shared was vibrant and engaging, making us feel like Snoovy was having a great time at Mangalore pet shack . On the day of check-in, Shilpa welcomed us personally, and carefully explained Snoovy's schedule and feeding routine. Before we left, she also reminded us to be safe on our travels and assured us that she would take excellent care of Snoovy. True to her word, when we returned to pick up our cat, Snoovy was lively and content, showing no signs of distress or loneliness. We are incredibly grateful for Shilpa and Mangalore pet shack thoughtful service. They are not only highly professional, but also warm and considerate. We had complete peace of mind leaving our beloved pet in their care. The facilities were also clean and well-maintained. Next time we travel, we will definitely choose Mangalore pet shack again. We highly recommend this Pet boarding service to any pet owner.

Such horrible experience!!!!Be aware pet owners!!! We had left our Pomeranian dog in this boarding for 4 days and on 4th day after calling them thrice to inform we were coming to pick him up, they told us that our dog is missing. Told us he jumped out of the compound which is impossible given his short stature and his fear of jumping and after arguing for 1 hour they brought back our dog claiming to have found it somewhere near their friend’s house. He looked super tired and was super thirsty and hungry and even looked thin . His paws are all wounded ( as can be seen in the photo)and he is now traumatised. Please be careful before you lay your trust on them and handover your precious dogs here.
