Despite of all negative comments in this review section....Dr.Upadyaya) is a good at performing surgeries.....My dog had a tumor in his left leg ....I have consulted nearly 4 to 5 doctors from past 7 months... None of them were helpful and suggested to wait for some months after giving tablets.and it will be alright ....and some said that the surgery has to be performed(kept him on empty stomach for 12 hrs) but when the day of surgery came.. they would step back... saying "its a minor issue no need for surgery ".....(im talking about little paws clinic , manglore) they were not helpful.... Recent days situation got worsened....went to Govt polyclinic mangalore it was crowded .... So i decided to return to my home town .... But auto uncle near the clinic suggested doctor Upadyaya... As a last hope I went there and they were kind enough to suggest medicines ....but the medicines were not helpful tumour was at its last stage we had to go for surgery....finally the tumour was removed.... Im very happy with the results and he is very happy as he was before....👏

Impolite staff. They don’t even speak properly or give appointment. Don’t know what they’re doing. Extremely unprofessional zero coordination skills and no concern of pets or pet owners schedule.

People here might say whatever they want but this doctor is really God send. He saved our two parvo affected Labrador dogs from near death. Even during off hours he received our call and asked us to bring the dogs to his clinic for treatment. It was a life or death situation. Our dogs today are healthy and fine thanks to Dr Upadhyaya. People need to understand before calling someone out, in this case the Dr. He at end of the day is just a human being like us. Not giving timely treatment to your pets is deadly. Dr Upadhyaya does his best to treat and rescue our loved ones but there are situations where the pets simply don't respond well to the treatment. But people simply get emotional and blame the doctor. One more thing I observed at his clinic is that people call him over the phone at their own leisure asking what to do for their sick pets. Have you ever seen any doctor tell a person what they are suffering from without examining them? More stupidity from pet lovers and blame the doctor at last if something goes wrong. Update - One out of my 2 dogs had to be put to rest 😭 since it contracted a deadly disease whilst in a dog care. Dr Upadhayay identified the symptoms and advised us the best what was possible in the situation.

I Trust him with all my pets. He is very good and caring with the Animals. My experience so far has been amazing. He has saved so many pets we have. Highly recommended. Take appointments whenever possible in advance.

A few years ago, when a poisonous snake bit my pet dog around 2 AM, and its condition was critical, I was at a loss and called Dr. Upadhyaya. He received the call even in the late hours of the night and immediately asked me to bring the dog to the clinic. When we reached there within a few moments, he was ready and started the necessary emergency treatment, saving the dog's life. There are hundreds of such instances concerning Dr. Upadhyaya. He is skilled in treating not only dogs but also cats, poultry, cattle, birds, and goats. The Vanasuma Clinic, which offers quality service at a low fee, is truly a boon for animals."
