If you have a pet and need the best of things for them, then Pet hub is a place for you. I have been a regular customer of theirs for quite a long time. They made sure to get the particular type of chicken drumstick biscuits, which were very difficult to source, and the only kind of biscuits our dogs loved eating. Apart from that, they have one of the best and clean sunflower seeds for your birds. Everything you need for your pets, you'll find it there, or they'll source it for you.

I am writing this review with a very heavy heart. I recently went to this pet shop to buy a new filter and an oxygen supply for my aquarium, which housed my two Oscar fish that I had cared for and loved for six years. When I asked the owner for both items, he insisted that the filter alone would provide both filtration and oxygenation for the tank. I even reconfirmed and asked, “Are you sure?” — and he confidently said yes. Unfortunately, this advice turned out to be completely wrong. Because of this misinformation and lack of proper knowledge, I lost both of my Oscars. Losing pets you’ve raised for years is devastating, and what makes it worse is knowing that it could have been prevented with correct guidance. In my experience, the owner showed carelessness and a concerning lack of understanding about basic aquarium needs. It felt like the focus was more on making a quick sale than giving customers proper advice. I deeply regret going to this shop, and I truly wish I had gone somewhere with knowledgeable and responsible staff. I am sharing this so others do not have to experience the same heartbreak. Please be cautious and consider avoiding this shop if you care about the wellbeing of your pets. Misinformation can cost lives, and sadly, I learned this the hardest way.
