Seriously i would rate even 10 star... The professionals were very friendly and polite... Ambience was cool... My 8 months male shih tzu was quiet arrogant when it comes to grooming... Even pet clinics couldn't do a proper grooming for him... But I was literally shocked to see his new look as same as my expectations 😍 i was wondering how this boy allowed them to do the perfect groom which I was expected cz he use to bite while trimming his hair... I even enquired other grooming centre and even pet clinic too and they were like if dog is very arrogant sedation has to be given for trimming hair... But here the professionals were very friendly and had more patience while grooming my shih tzu... Actually they enjoy doing their work that's why they could give as per our expectations... Overall very much satisfied with the work and thankyou zutail

Had my lab retriever groomed at their place. Professional and patient handling of dogs. Seems like they not just do the jobs but have a passion for it and their love for dogs shone through. Would highly recommend this place. Would definitely try it again🤗😊😊

I had a disappointing experience with Zutail Madurai. I had booked a grooming slot in advance through the manager and told him clearly that I had no urgency, so any available slot was fine. The manager confirmed the booking, and I traveled a long distance to reach the location. Throughout the day, I made several calls asking for directions, but no one informed me that the slots were already full. When I arrived, the staff at the shop—who was polite—told me that all slots were booked for the day. This was confusing because I had already confirmed a booking. I called the manager again, and he said I had a booking but also said the slots were full. That made no sense to me. If I had a confirmed booking, how could there be no available slot? This shows poor coordination between the manager and the shop staff. Even when I asked for an explanation, no one took responsibility or apologized. I felt the situation was handled very casually. I believe some customers are being given preference, which is unfair. Even at that moment, when I was clearly inconvenienced, they didn’t apologize. Maybe after reading this review, the manager might reply just for name’s sake or might not respond at all. But I truly hope they learn to handle customers in a fair and professional manner. Very disappointing experience.

Perfect spot for pets grooming mainly dogs and cats They have special hostels available for take care too. All pet accessories available like head band, shoes, dress, socks, chains, foods varieties,cute jingle bells for chains. Their Service was so good they took care of the pet so well nearby 2 and half hr for hair trim with shower,ear cleaning, teeth brushing were made for Rs1650 affordable and atmosphere was good. Timing morning 10 am to night 8.30 pm call for pre-booking from Google site..
