We were new to Madurai & we saw this clinic nearby, we asked for at-home vaccination service (as we had 3 doggos)... Recently My baby boy (4 years old Labrador) was vomiting... so we called him via phone, he gave meds... but my boy started vomiting again... so when we contacted him again, he told us to show to his dad, who's clinic is at Anna Nagar with same name, as his father has better facilities... After this, we started to see this new dr, who's clinic is in Anna Nagar... And this dr didn't even touch him, just gave him 2 shots & said that he's fine... but my boy wasn't fine, he vomited again and again, so we contacted again, and the Dr's reply was, if you want we can put him on drips, because I think, that's what you want!!! I didn't feel right, the way he spoke, so we took him to another place, where he got better treatment, but we went there too late, because this bloody Dr said that our boy is fine, and we're the one who's just worrying over nothing... And the next day, my baby boy started to blood vomit, and PASSED AWAY the latter day... If he wasn't ready to treat him, we could have taken him somewhere else, I seriously don't know why the hell did he waste our time!!! I seriously wanna give 0 star, if I had an option!!! People, I seriously ask you, not to take your pets to this dr, because apparently he's going to ask you to take your pet to his father if there's any medical issue and his father is not gonna diagnose anything, he's not even gonna touch your pet, he's gonna talk sarcastically to you, etc...

They don't diagnose anything and give treatment to your pet properly. As a shop, it's okay to consider them... but the treatment which they give is not satisfied.. because of them, my boy died in a week. Didn't want to give any ratings to them. But I am still posting this so as to save your beloved pets...

They give good offer for all products. Nice pet shop.
