Bubble loves every single time she spends here and get very excited whenever we tell her she is gonna stay here. It feels like a vacation for her and honestly what more do we need. Love their service and whenever I have an emergency situations or in need of a trusted person to take care of my baby girl, this is the one stop. I recently took our dog, Jessie, in for a grooming session, and I'm happy with the entire experience. It was very professional, friendly, and well coordinated. Our dog came out looking and smelling amazing, and all fluffy. I really appreciate the care taken to provide regular updates about the grooming. We are also provided with options for food and play activities, if opted for boarding. The facility is well maintained with all necessities and separate play area for pets. I’ll definitely be returning. Overall, a satisfying experience!

Recently visited Enchanting Tailzz for my dog Vaan’s bath and grooming and it was an amazing experience. The team here is incredibly kind, patient, and clearly passionate about dogs. He came back perfectly groomed, smelling great, and very happy. What truly stood out was the huge lawn and open space(rare to find in Madurai), where my dog got to relax and play before and after his grooming. It made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable for him. Highly recommend this place for pet parents who want both great grooming and a fun, calm environment for their pups! They do also have boarding facilities available.
