Bad Experience – Not Recommended We had a very disappointing experience at Sowmeya's Barking Boutique. The kennel was not proper or peaceful — it lacked space, and the environment was uncomfortable for pets. They charged ₹500 per day, while other places offer better facilities like AC and proper care for just ₹400. The person in charge was not dedicated to the job; he left the dogs unattended while going out for other work. Our dog was kept upstairs in extreme heat, which led to stomach pain and heat-related pimples on the body. It clearly shows a lack of responsibility and care. They promised to send regular videos, but we only received two videos on just one of the three days. There was no proper update about our dog’s condition. Overall, the service was careless and unprofessional. We are totally unsatisfied and would not recommend this place to other pet parents.
