Service is very Good. We opted for door step service. Our dog is little aggressive so the groomers took 4 hours to complete the whole grooming session. Overall service is good. Recommended !!

Update: Booked appointments with Zutail again. They have rectified the complains i have had during the last appointment. The groomer was patient and experienced this time and provided quality service. Pricing could be better, though. Old review (1🌟 ): I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by Zutail. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I've had difficulty getting a timely response to my calls and messages. This lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating. Furthermore, the groomers have failed to arrive at the scheduled time. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, it's unacceptable for customers to be left waiting without any notice or explanation. If the company is unable to provide the service as promised, it's their responsibility to inform customers promptly so that alternative arrangements can be made. They also sent some inexperienced guy who injured my pet while clipping nails that caused bleeding, which aggrevated it, and the rest of the services couldn't be performed fully I would strongly advise against using this pet grooming service. Their unreliable communication and lack of professionalism are unacceptable.

Groomer was professional. Did an outstanding grooming. Their care put my dog at ease and the result is stunning. Thank you for the exceptional service.
