Food quality very poor, unhygienic, staff very rude and non co operative, very very poor service. Dirty table cloths.
Good sized hall for family functions having guests upto 200. The resort is partly owned by the government and given to a private party to manage who have maintained it fairly well. Besides the hall there is a restaurant and a bar known as Barish. The manager from uttrakhand, Mr Pooran is a pleasant and helping gentleman. I heard they have rooms for stay as well. Ample parking place within the campus and outside makes it a popular loacation for many functions including weddings. I have attended a couple of weddings at this place. The food quality is reasonable.
I booked AMSON resort for my daughter's wedding. They disappointed us very much; everything was very bad, starting from the breakfast; the dishes we had chosen were not there. The food on display was all contaminated, and the food was covered with FLIES ,and the lunch was horrible in taste. Moreover, when the guests came to eat, there were no waiters to serve them, and when we asked them to go do something, they were RUDE to us by IGNORING what we asked them to do. And when we came back from "LAWAN FERE," they already started wrapping up; outside counters were all closed, no waiters to attend the guests. The wedding day function is very important for the bride's parents. By giving the best hospitality to groom and groom family, but you guys and your staff made our important day very disappointing; IT WAS VERY SHAMEFUL FOR US. I have paid all in advance so you guys can do your best, but it was not at all up to the expectation we had.
