Terrible service. Went in looking for supplies and advice for my new puppy. Not only was the staff rude, but they gave me completely wrong information. When I asked about food recommendations, they just shrugged. Won’t be returning.

Very disappointing experience. I visited this pet shop hoping for a decent selection and proper care for the animals, but I was shocked. The cages were dirty, some animals looked unwell, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. Prices were inflated and the overall hygiene was poor. I would not recommend this place to any animal lover. Pets deserve better care than this.
