Absolutely Disgusting – Needs Better Pest Control The hotel looks decent from the outside, but my room was infested with cockroaches. They were on the walls, in the bathroom, and even inside the closet. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic upkeep. Avoid this place at all costs.
Filthy and Unhygienic – Stay Away! I regret booking this hotel. The room was crawling with cockroaches, and it felt like the place hadn’t been cleaned in ages. It was impossible to relax or sleep knowing there were bugs everywhere. Never staying here again! After complaining so many times the problem was still not resolved.... So..next day we complain to the manager and Their reply was..."When it's the time for payment....all the customers have problems" He did not even believed. And said please goo. I would rather prefer to stay at...HOTEL JR INN...just next to it.
Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I had an extremely unpleasant stay at this hotel. Upon entering my room, I noticed cockroaches crawling around—absolutely disgusting! It was clear that cleanliness and hygiene are not a priority here. I immediately informed the staff, but their response was lackluster and unhelpful. The HIT was Sprayed but the issue was not solved and the toxins of HIT was affecting our health, nor provide a better alternative. Staying in such unsanitary conditions completely ruined my experience. This is unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of price of 1,300/-of one room. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere cleaner and more professional. (Note:- I Booked my Room next Day At "Hotel JR Inn"... just near by this Hotel...)
