I am updating my review, not to be negative, but to share an experience that I hope will be informative for others. We didn’t know what had happened to our beloved Max until we visited here and finally learned the truth. Earlier, we had no information, and it’s hard not to think that if we had brought him here just a month earlier, we might have been able to save him. Unfortunately, I couldn’t save him, and it has now been 6 months since Max, my adorable dog, passed away. I share this message with everyone: treat your dog like a human, like a true family member. If you have humanity in you, you will do whatever it takes to save those you love. Being at the right place at the right time can make all the difference. This review is a reminder to all pet parents to act quickly, pay attention, and give their pets the care they deserve. I couldn’t change what happened to Max, but I hope this message helps others make the right decisions for their pets.
They really care about your animal. I am the masters student at department of veterinary medicine. It's best hospital in North India
Bogus Staff!! Bogus Hospital!! This entire hospital is run by interns. They treat your pets as experimental subject. They don’t know the meaning of emergency treatment. We're devastated to share our experience at this bogus hospital, where the staff's incompetence and lack of urgency led to the tragic loss of our beloved pet. The hospital's emergency response was woefully inadequate, and their attitude was reminiscent of lazy governmental behaviour. Despite our pleas for prompt attention, our pet was left waiting for medical care for hours that never arrived. The hospital's inaction was staggering, and our pet's life was senselessly lost as a result. We were left feeling helpless and disregarded by the hospital staff. In retrospect, we regret not seeking medical attention at a local clinic, where our pet may have received the timely care that it desperately needed. Instead, we trusted this Multi Specialist Hospital to provide adequate care, and they failed us miserably. Government’s money is being wasted on paying salaries to these bogus lazy staff!! Our experience serves as a stark warning to others, avoid this hospital at all costs. Their ineptitude and lack of compassion are a deadly combination that can have devastating consequences. We can only hope that our tragic loss will serve as a catalyst for change, prompting the hospital to overhaul their emergency procedures and prioritize patient care.
I'm thrilled to hear about your positive experience at Vatnary Hospital! I am so grateful to Mr. Mehendru and his team for their exceptional care and expertise. Thanks to their dedication and skill, my beloved dog received the best possible surgery and is now happy and healthy. The staff at Vatnary Hospital demonstrated immense professionalism and compassion, making the entire process smooth and reassuring. I can't thank them enough for saving my dog and providing top-notch veterinary care. I highly recommend Vatnary Hospital to all pet owners in need of excellent medical services for their furry companions!
My cat was 2.5 months old and he was just losing motion. Before the treatment he was walking well but when we got him checked up in this hospital the doctor became so irresponsible and without even diagnosing the illness he just prescribed medicine and only in 1 day he did not survive. There are only 1 or 2 professional doctors inside the hospital who stay till 12 am rest all are trainers/students some of whom do not even know how to give injection and they come and start treatment without any professional doctor and if glucose has to be given to any pet then these professional trainers do not even get blood vessel due to which a lot of blood is lost. I would like to request the government pet minister that if there is a professional doctor with any training student and I would like to tell all the pet parents that if you consider your pet as a family member then you should definitely not come here. I hope you understand.
