Most worst service for everyone because of staff behaviour. In X-ray department, namely (neeraj) is greedy and daffer because he gives time to dog owners 12:30. At given time, 2:30 . Never gide properly to anyone.

Despite being a government hospital, they are extremely unethical. They will just keep on doing tests without telling you why and if they are required. Won't recommend going there unless you are definitely sure a surgery is required.

The OPD staff is the worst, like literally inhuman. They let interns practise on your loved pet. If you love your pet, don't bring her/him here. Surgeons might be good but we never reached that step due to such an inhumane experience in the beginning itself.

The OPD staff at this hospital is extremely unprofessional and lacks empathy. They allow interns to handle pets without proper supervision, causing unnecessary pain and distress to the animals. If you truly care about your pet's well-being, I strongly advise against bringing them here. They struggled with even a simple procedure like drawing blood. The intern caused multiple cuts and kept inserting the needle while blindly searching for a vein.

It is a referral hospital for small and large animals, with best facilities available in the state of Punjab, India. Being the case number very high, and all cases are referral cases ( coming from far away places), it takes time to diagnose them and then treat them. Be patient, supportive and faithful when coming here. Emergency, will be dealt with first with the best possible effort possible. Kindly inform accordingly to the doctor. But, make sure emergency is acute life threatening cases and not chronic ill patients. As chronic ill patients first need diagnosis for treatment. In summers, for eg now the timings are 7.30am to 12 noon and upto 2pm (as emergency) on working days (mon to Friday). On Saturdays and public holidays, the emergency OPD is 8.30 am to 12.30pm with limited testing facilities available and limited doctors on duty. Sunday is off. Only emergency can be dealt 24 hrs with basic facilities and primary treatment. Emergency is life threatening cases and not chronic cases. Examples of emergencies are trauma within hrs before, bleeding from somewhere, animal birth/ dystocia, GDV etc. I will post again when the timings change this year.
