Nightmare... Smelly rooms ... Torned bedsheet with blanket or quilt full of moisture...on my way to Amritsar we decided to take a half at Ludhiana and based on Google ratings I booked an oyo room. I specifically told the staff that I need the cleanest room since I am visiting with family and I was ok to pay more or upgrade but not just they lied to me over the phone but also forced me to give a good rating while leaving. Room which was given to us was a smallest room and in addition to that half of the bed was having water falling from split AC. Pics attached Guy at reception asked me to open Gmail on my mobile and asked me to fill the the feedback and he mentioned don't give a negative feedback if u don't like the room give a neutral rating. So now I realized how they have got 4.7 rating. I checked in late at 2 AM and left at 6 AM because we couldn't sleep and needed to use the toilet. So did a check out to go to some other place to use washroom. I will never ever book a oyo room again in my entire life
It was very bad experience. Room was so small. Blanket was dirty. Shampoo not available. Toilet seat broken. No mineral water given. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
I loved it.. It is very close to one of the famous malls of Ludhiana that is pavilion mall. The connectivity is good as it is very near to railway station.. although the front desk might look a bit small but the people are good and the rooms are great and The food is good.. all in all I would highly recommend it..
Fake photos. U won’t find any room which they show in OYO app. Worst washroom I have ever seen, Seat wash broken. The selling fan won’t let u sleep bcz of its load cranki noise. U can go to 2nd floor by lift but can’t go to other floor become the very great lift’s buttons are missing. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I stay there just become it was 1am and I have to leave at 7am, and had no time to go to other hotel.
Attention!! Pics shown are to SCAM people, DON'T ever Book this waste and poor service hotel. I was checking for refund since the room is very very small and water in bathroom is not there,I was in the shower and called the reception guy to check for water , he said "tanki khali ho gye, i asked to fill asap and I was waiting for 2 hours in the bathroom to get the bucket of water ", finally i had packed the bag and asked for refund for such POOR service. The person at the reception told me that they will not give me the refund and he HAD threatened that he will kick me out of the hotel . All the way to Ludhiana i had went thinking to get good stay (booking done from @#OYO)but this is the outcome .I wanted to keep you guys informed and stay vigilant with such fraudusters. WORST ever experience .
