Absolutely terrible service. AWFUL. Zero customer service. The owner should fire the manager here if they want the business to do well. We were four people, stopping here for a juice and small food at 1pm. No other customers in the restaurant. We ordered 2 lassi plus 4 lime sodas. After waiting more than 30 min, we followed up twice, asking "when are they ready" and finally after the THIRD request, the manager told us they hadn't made them because we also ordered 2 lassis so they assumed we didn't want the soda. What??? Even though we asked twice for them after we ordered? We again requested they make them, and they brought the wrong order. Half of the starters were not available. We had to stop elsewhere unnecessarily on our journey to eat again.
I had stay on day more on a business trip Lamellz hotel Ludhiana. booked online and stayed in this hotel . I heartily happy with front office welcoming. Excellent service with smiling face and active moments.I glad your hotel have nice employee. and here is a very safe and good environment. in future if I get a chance definitely i'll stay here again. I m very thankful for Hotel Lamellz keep it up.
There is no option for zero star ..I would have given no star.Where should i start from ..firstly , it was so over priced do not fall for that go to railway station there are so many hotel nice certified hotels in much cheaper price. Staff was super rude and ill mannered. I can't imagine even. Lift was not working at all. The super deluxe suite room as per the hotel staff was smelling so bad and it was too small, the bed sheets was not clean and blanket has holes in it. There was no gyser in the bathroom.There are no telephone in the room, if you call them on there mobile phone and they will take there own sweet time to come at room. There is no parking area , they tell you park in front of hotel but there is a high way next to hotel , so it is not safe at all. Electricity will be there for some times.
Poor service , as there was no cooling in the room, a/c was on just for the sake of it. They dont provide mineral water just a tap water is provided. Washrooms are very small and cozy. Overall i had a 2 star hotel experience.
Because the owner is a thief, they call the staff for work and never pays money and makes me work till 16 hours or more and makes me leave without salary. Don't come to this hotel, the owner has a bad attitude. , he doesn't care about his staff's health and eats up their money. He is a cheater. Old provide justice to poor staff
