Room are not upto the mark. Very dull and dark rooms. Bathrooms are not good. Lock dsnt work of washroom. They don't have trained staff.

From cumbell the smell is really bad

I had a great time here, the location was ideal, the accomodations were immaculate and the staff was immaculate and the staff was welcoming I heartly suggest this motel to anyone travelling in the region thankyou😍

I stayed at the Hotel Shine Star in shamrala for a week in November. The hotel is located in a great central location, close to all the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options. Overall, I had a great stay at the Hotel Shine Star 🌟 🤩 and would definitely recommend it to others 👌 😊

Hotel is Okayish. Stayed for 2 nights, buffet breakfast is not available, also when I visited the restaurant was not operational (Chef was sick) as per reception. Staff was polite. Room is pretty old, washroom is also small, even though I booked the Deluxe room.
