Extremely poor These people r so unprofessional... using such a powerful blow dry that hurted my dog on the eye and it got swelled up so badly that the poor fellow was not able to see from one eye . And these people are taking it casually and telling me that this happens very often ....... WHHHHAAAAATTTTTTT!!!!!!! Plus the charges are so weird The doctor which they have appointed seems to be inexperienced and posses zero percent adequate knowledge
The guy who think he owns the store was rude and useless. Had negative attitude 0 customer handling skills. Almost man handled our dog and wanted to charge extra 700 just to clear few hair knots. Got better and cheaper service at a bigger branded store nearby.
Past reviews have been very contrary to what I experienced at the place. I took my 6 year old Labrador for a full grooming session to this place for the first time. I was very skeptical about the service, judging by the reviews but the results were very satisfying. Yes, my dog struggled a little because it was his first time getting it all done but at no point did we feel that he was mistreated. His coat had never been smoother and his ears had not been this clean. The staff was cautious enough to notice a small lesion on his paw, and they have a vet who visits the salon regularly, who further examined the wound. Also, its true that some dogs (like mine) were scared of the hand showers and the loud dryers but there were few well behaved dogs who were accustomed to the same. All-in-all i felt the salon to be just a tad bit overpriced but a good place to get your pets groomed. *this is not a paid review*

My experience at Scoopy Scrub Gurdev nagar branch was beyond perfect. I sincerely thank you guys for grooming my very aggressive and anxious dog and handling him with so much patience. I highly recommend this place to everyone, they genuinely care for dogs and handle them with love. The owner of the place himself gave my dog a a face cut and calmed him down. Cannot thank you enough.
