Best service for my shih tzu puppy. He poked his eye and vet suggested me medicine for him. Now, he's fully healed

The doctor won't provide the prescriptions even after demanding and will make random excuse. They will just provide injections and medicines that won't even cure the problem of your pet. It only seems like they want to charge money without curing the root cause of the problem. On top of that not wanting to take liability if something goes wrong which is very much evident why any doctor won't provide a prescription. We also availed grooming services and they were even worst. The helper at the clinic would do the shaving of the dogs and the end result will be the ugliest. No neatness in the work and hair were trimmed unevenly all over the body.
