There was my engagement party in this hotel Mr. Bisht and other staff members was very kind and softly spoken. Overall the management was very good. Very good experience 👌
Very bad experience on my wedding day. They promised to give me a complimentary room . But on the day, they denied to give me a room and after arguing for 30 mins they provide me a room which was used and was not clean. Moreover MR. Jagmohan is not true to his words . At the moment of booking, we asked to set mandap for pheras on roof top in the middle but on wedding day, there was no arrangement done which was quite disappointed for me as bride and groom. Please think twice before doing the bookings. The standard and management of this Hotel is downgrading
We celebrated a birthday party over here. All the arrangements were awsome. Food was delicious. Service was very quick. Staff members were very polite. Overall marvellous experience.
