SHAMEFUL🙏🏻 Improper behaviour of staff as well as hotel owner they are charging extra money while checking in hotel, Inspite of paying full amount in online booking . VERY GREEDY OWNER 😡 I will not recommend this hotel to anyone..THEY ARE SCAMMING FOR EXTRA MONEY AND THREATENING EVERYONE WHO WILL BE GOING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THEM.
The worst oyo room wch I hv seen ever, i recommend that never go here specially for family. By the time reaching here the room rent is also increase. Rooms are dirty & problem of light also.
The manager declined that he hasnt received any booking and told us to look for another hotel or pay him twice the amount for room. Pathetic service
Worse experience. I stayed here for a night after booking by OYO. I reached at midnight with family and they denied to give room after reaching and increased room price. Dirty rooms Uncleaned toilets, noisy hotel. Worst service. This hotel is not recommended.
If it is possible to give 0 star to these losser Hotel Sky9, then i will give them 0 star, immature & very bad behaviour from Manager and even owner Shubham kumar, they ask extra money from me, even i have already book from MakemyTrip in advance, when i refuse to pay extra they refuse me to give room and stand me for more than 1:30-2 hr and misbehave with me by saying if we don't pay your refund what will you do, neither we will give you room, when i told them i will register complain against your property they say do whatever you want you can. I was alone, so they took advantage When i call MMT Team first i am not able to connect with them later when i connect they also told me to wait for 45 min, this is my first time in MMT booking after few hour they help me but it took almost more than 1 & half hour's. So i have no other choice i have to pay extra Rs 300 because Hotel cancellation was not refundable if i book some whereelse i have to pay again full amount, reason like i said Hotel Sky 9 Manager said to me if they refuse to pay refund and also said ask for refund from company form where i book hotel. Later MMT service support team Mr. Ajay call me but it's already to late, & later they connect with Hotel owner that they took extra amount from me when they get clearification from Hotel Manager or so, they agree to pay me extra money but ask for Invoice of extra payment. Later when again i went to Reception and ask for Rs 300 invoice like MMT ask from me to get extra money refund to account by sending them the invoice , Hotel Reception refuse me & say again you are starting the same coversation we will not make invoice if we make what will we earn, the registering company eg MMT etc, took 40% of amount from us if we not take extra what will we earn amd also say what if owner get to know they will take me out of the room. And so, in last i have to check out without invoice in next morning, i was alone but i give them tough fight but when they don't agree i have to patience, because next morning i have a exam and the hotel is 40M away so i kept paitence. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel their review is some are fake. I have many more thing to tell but not here the content get lengthy so i stop here only. In end i must say i was upset with the MMT team also
