Dr Naath is an excellent veterinarian. He has been taking care of Bruno for a year. He’s knowledgeable and compassionate and always explains everything thoroughly. I am the brotherof the dog Sofia ,,Sofia was admitted to Pet Pro, for surgery performed by Dr. Sujeet Nath. Prior to the procedure, the clinic performed X-rays and bloodwork. During that bloodwork Sofia’s platelet count was approximately 80,000 — substantially below the commonly accepted safe thresholdfor surgical procedures. At no time were we not presented with an itemized bill or asked to sign an informed consent form acknowledging the risks of the procedure. Despite the low platelet count, They said they are confident to operate her, And YET the clinic proceeded with the operation. After operation they said she is safe and our family members came to see her, After they left the clinic after 1 hour. we were contacted and informed that Sofia was “not responding.” Sofia then died.💔 Since that time we have repeatedly attempted to contact the clinic and Dr. Surjeet Nath for an explanation and to request Sofia’s complete medical records and any surgical notes, but our messages and calls have not been returned. We are requesting, immediately and in writing, the following: 1. A complete, itemized copy of Sofia’s medical records, including pre-operative bloodwork, X-ray reports, surgical notes, anesthesia records, and any post-operative notes. 2. A copy of any consent, admission, billing, or other paperwork related to Sofia. 3. A written explanation of the clinical decision to proceed with surgery despite a platelet count of ~80,000. 4. The contact information of the supervising veterinarian and any pathology or lab reports produced. 5. A copy of any internal incident reports relating to Sofia’s care. If we do not receive a full response and the requested records ASAP, we will escalate this matter to the provincial veterinary regulatory body, to consumer protection, and pursue other legal remedies available to us, including requesting a necropsy/independent review of Sofia’s death. THIS DOCTOR AND CLINIC IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SOFIA’s DEATH😭
Dr. Nath has been looking after my fur baby for the past three years, and he’s truly one of those rare doctors who connects deeply with both pets and pet parents. He believes in minimal medication and focuses on strengthening the body’s natural immunity and resistance. Even after moving away from Ludhiana, we continue to consult Dr. Nath for everything related to our dog — that’s the level of trust we have in him. His insights and guidance have helped us through several tough phases. Our dog’s hip dysplasia has improved remarkably under his treatment. While other vets recommended surgery and invasive options, Dr. Nath calmed us down and suggested a natural yet effective treatment plan — and the results speak for themselves. A big thanks to Pet Pro for bringing such an amazing doctor on board. Pet Pro is, without doubt, the best pet hospital we’ve come across — exceptionally clean, spacious, and managed by staff who genuinely care for the dogs. I’d recommend it wholeheartedly to every pet parent who loves their fur baby like family. P.S. We had a very disappointing experience with Silver Oaks. Unfortunately, it wasn’t just us — a few acquaintances faced similar issues. The staff there seemed more money-minded than pet-focused, unlike the caring team at Pet Pro.
Dr. Nath is an excellent veterinarian! He checks my dog very thoroughly and always makes sure everything is okay. He’s very caring, patient, and explains everything clearly. My dog feels comfortable with him every time we visit. I really appreciate him…my dog always gets better after his treatment. Highly recommend Dr. Nath to all pet parents!
They did not take care of my dog. They were so unprofessional in their conduct. For all the pet owners , please take utmost precaution before you go there. They might give you assurance but dont fall for it. Please check the report yourself before you leave the dog with them
