I recently had the unfortunate experience of using a dog grooming service with Hum Tum Aur Poonch that I would not recommend to anyone. My experience with this company was so poor that I would warn anyone against using their services. Firstly, their customer support was pathetic. I had a number of questions and concerns about their services, but whenever I called, I was met with an uninterested and unhelpful attitude. This made me feel like my dog was not valued by the company, which is never a good feeling. Secondly, the company is fraudulent in nature. I booked an appointment for 6 pm, but on the day of the appointment, they insisted to take the services 2hours before, and even went so far as to blame me for their mistake. This was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling that they did not value my time or my business. To make matters worse, I noticed that their groomers were peeping into my house and checking to see if I was home. This was an invasion of my privacy and made me feel very uncomfortable. Additionally, I had signed up for an annual subscription, but the company broke the agreement without my consent. This is a clear breach of contract, and it left me feeling cheated and deceived. Finally, the customer support team member, Roashni, was incredibly rude and abusive to me. She spoke to me in an unprofessional manner and even used foul language, which is unacceptable in any industry. I would not recommend anyone , they are unreliable and untrustworthy .
Excellent service. I am a doctor and get free very late on Sunday evening. Despite heavy rain hum tum aur pooch service came down at 6 pm did Excellent work in grooming my golden . The sensitivity and love for pets is seen in the gentle and a very loving way they handle your baby . Really happy and satisfied with hum tum and pooch.

The grooming area was clean and well-organized, which gave me confidence in their services. My dog came out looking fabulous—her coat was perfectly trimmed, and she seemed very comfortable and happy. Overall, hum tum aur poonch exceeded my expectations.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent grooming appointment for my pet on 28 sept 2024 in afternoon slot . Unfortunately, I noticed that the groomer caused a scissor cut . This has not only caused my pet discomfort but has also raised concerns about the safety and handling during the grooming process. May u address this matter asap. Im very disappointed with their service. I would not recommend anyone , they are unreliable and untrustworthy .
